Strategic process ::
Brand is not just a name logo or symbol. Brand is delivered through product and/ or service experience, which a consumer is paying for. Consumer expectation from different brands might be different although they are from the same product category. We make an effort to understand what each of our client's brands means to its customers. What are the key drivers for the brand and what are the customer/ consumer expectations from that brand. This process defines the basis for communication for each of the brands handled by us.
Creative communication ::
Reiterating the fact that visually appealing creative may not always deliver the communication objective, our primary focus is on the desired consumer response. Our strategic process gives us deep understanding of the brand subsequent to which we ask certain questions to ourselves.

» What is the medium and what are the limitations?
» Is the creative concept capturing the message?
» Should the message be simple or intellectually challenging?
» Is the creative capable of generating desired consumer response?
» Does it stands out in the clutter?
Brand architecture ::
We do help our clients in taking a decision on the brand architecture. A lot of time the dilemma of branding the range of products under an umbrella brand or separate brands delay the process of launching the products as well as reaching out to consumers though communication. We do undertake a detail market study in understanding the consumers/ customers and the buying process besides understanding the budgetary implications of the branding to recommend the brand architecture to our clients.
Brand management ::
If needed, we get into the shoes of a brand/ marketing manager in managing the entire brand management process. Simply speaking the 5 Ps of marketing are managed by our team similar to the function of a brand / marketing manager.
